PAKCOOL^® TC-220-N is our newly introduced high-value, two-part thermal conductive silicone gap filler. Upon curing, it solidifies into a gel state, characterized by low stress levels. This product boasts a thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/m·K, low density, superior flame retardancy, excellent thixotropic properties, and non-flowing extrusion capabilities. The low stress post-cure makes it particularly suitable for the assembly of power battery packs.
