Chooyu's PAKCOOL^® TC-9110 is 1-part silicone adhesive with thermal conductivity of 1.0W/m▪K. TC-9110 cures under controlled heating conditions and the cured elastomer exhibits the hardness of Shore A 30 and unprimed adhesive up to 13.5kg/cm². This product can maintain consistent bonding and thermal conductive performance under temperature of -50 °C to 200 °C for extended periods.

TC-9110 can be used in High Concentrated Photovoltaic (HCPV) panel to bond the photovoltaic conversion modules to back cooling plate tightly and help conduct the heat from the modules to cooling plate effectively.
