The thermal conductivity of PAKCOOL^®TG-5xx-GEL ranges from 1.5 to 4.0W/m▪K. This improvement builds upon the performance of PAKCOOL^®TG-5xx-KJ Thermally Conductive Putty by fine-tuning the formula to effectively lock in silicone oil, preventing any external seepage. This product is in its final form and requires no curing. It falls between silicone grease and a rubbery consistency, making it easy to apply and suitable for automatic dispensing. Under lower pressure, it can be applied between electronic components in need of cooling and heat sinks/casings. This ensures a snug fit, reduces thermal resistance, rapidly and efficiently lowers the temperature of electronic components, thereby extending their lifespan and enhancing their reliability.
